This individual will work closely with our creative and dedicated team of musicians, vocalists, and tech volunteers to craft powerful worship experiences and foster spiritual growth through music and the arts.
Job Description:
The Worship Pastor will oversee all aspects of worship ministry at New Life One. This includes planning and leading weekly worship services, coordinating with the Lead Pastor and other ministry leaders, and developing both the hearts and skills of worship and tech teams. The ideal candidate is not only a talented worship leader and musician but also a shepherd who cares deeply about spiritual formation and team development.

- Recruit, develop, and pastor a team of worship leaders, musicians, vocalists, and tech volunteers.
- Collaborate with pastoral staff to ensure worship aligns with the overall vision and message.
- Steward and maintain high-end technology (audio, visual, lighting) to enhance the worship experience.
- Encourage spiritual growth and biblical understanding within the worship team.
- Experiment with creative elements (media, visuals, set design, etc.) to support storytelling and Gospel communication.
- Manage worship ministry budget and scheduling tools.

This individual will work closely with the ministry team to create a safe, engaging, and impactful environment for students to grow in their faith and build relationships with each other.

The Family Ministries Director will oversee and lead the spiritual development of students from Nursery through High School. This includes developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, recruiting and training volunteers, and planning weekly services, events, and activities. The Director will foster a safe and welcoming environment, collaborate with parents, and build strong relationships with students to support their faith journeys. Additionally, the role includes managing the student ministry budget, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs.
